I appreciated the staff. They were friendly and helpful. the location was very convenient, close to the beach. my room had a nice balcony overlooking the pool.
The bathroom needs some updating. The design felt old. also, the room wasn't cleaned perfectly. There was hair on the floor. the parking space was limited.

The room was quite spacious and i appreciated that it was cleaned every day. fresh towels and bottled water were always provided. the hotel staff were friendly. They always accommodated my requests quickly and efficiently. its location on soi 5 kept things quiet, a short trip took me to shopping or the beach.
the swimming pool did not look well maintained .

The hotel provides a large fridge and a kettle in the rooms, very useful. I made quick trips to nearby stores for supplies. the availability of these amenities made it easier to manage my own snacks and beverages, it's convenient.

I didn't use the dining options extensively but there were several restaurants within a short distance. That offered a variety of cuisines. the location made it easy to explore local dining experiences without needing transportation. it was very practical.

The staff promptly supplied cups and extra pillows upon request. this quick response enhanced my comfort and convenience. They were attentive. their willingness to assist. i liked it.

i definitely spent a lot of time at the pool and sauna. i found it to be a genuinely good place to chill. the facilities were well maintained. the staff was friendly and helpful. the room was really clean, and it had everything i needed. the location is perfect, very close to both the beach and various restaurants.
the gym needs some work, it could be better equipped to offer a better workout experience. it is a minor thing, but still noticeable.

I found the location ideal, a short walk to both the beach and the vibrant nightlife. The newly renovated sauna was a big plus. I spent time at the nice swimming pool. It's open from 7 AM to 7 PM. The bathtub in my room was great with strong water pressure and hot water.
